Can I modify my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot add item/s to an order or modify the item/s bought. If the order has not been processed, we can cancel it and issue a refund. You will be able to place a new and correct order on our website directly.

Once the order has been processed, it is no longer possible to cancel it.
